Refunds are available in specific situations where our service hasn't met the agreed-upon deliverables:
- Technical deliverables are not provided as specified in your service agreement
- Service cancellation within 48 hours of initial contract signing (before work begins)
- Documented service failures that prevent completion of agreed testing objectives
- Billing errors or duplicate charges processed incorrectly
We evaluate each situation individually. If you're unsure whether your situation qualifies, reach out and we'll discuss it honestly.
What's Not Covered
Some situations fall outside our refund policy, typically involving completed work or client-side changes:
- Testing work that's been completed and delivered according to specifications
- Project scope changes requested after work has begun
- Client system issues that prevent testing completion
- Requests made more than 30 days after service completion
- Partial refunds on bundled service packages where some components were delivered
How to Request a Refund
The process is straightforward. We'll work with you to resolve the situation quickly:

We'll respond within 2 business days with an acknowledgment and any questions about your specific situation.
Evaluation
Our team reviews the service delivery against your original agreement. This typically takes 3-5 business days.
Decision & Processing
We'll notify you of our decision and, if approved, begin processing the refund according to your original payment method.
Processing Times
Refund timing depends on your payment method and financial institution:

Credit cards: 5-10 business days after approval | Bank transfers: 3-7 business days | Digital wallets: 1-3 business days
We'll provide a reference number once processing begins so you can track the refund with your bank if needed.
Partial Refunds
Sometimes a partial refund makes sense when part of the work was completed successfully. We calculate these based on delivered milestones and actual time invested.
For ongoing projects, we'll assess what's been completed versus what remains, then determine a fair partial amount. This approach protects both parties and acknowledges work already done.

We document all project milestones, so partial refund calculations are based on clear deliverables rather than subjective estimates.
